WebFY1 it's probably not achievable, but you could probably make £50k in FY2 if you did enough locum work (I think you'd be sacrificing some of that happiness though). Certainly by CT1/ST1 most jobs are paid in the late £40ks if they have an element of on-call cover, and that's without locum work.
